I have worked with quite a few contractors over the years and Elliotts Custom Builder is hands down the best. They are incredibly professional, polite and easy to work with. Tom is incredibly responsive and his team is friendly, industrious and did a beautiful job on my kitchen remodel. "To say that we are happy with Tom and the crew that works under him, would be putting it mildly. From the day we met Tom, we knew he was the man for the job. He always answered our calls,text or emails and no question we had was ever left unanswered. He was on the job and worked side by side with his crew. This impressed us so much and gave us relief of knowing that he knew what and how everything was getting done.
We know they all enjoyed building our house because it clearly shows in the craftsmanship, details and, fine tuning, if you will, that they put into it. Having built out house on raw land , we didn't know what to expect. Tom lead us thru this whole process with ease and clear understanding himself of what had to be done. He was calm and helped us to not over stress or be overly anxious during it all. "When we met with Tom, owner of Elliott's Custom Builders, we presented him with the plan we had drawn up for the house we wanted to build. He took the plan and gave a detailed estimate of what it would cost and worked with us to keep everything within our budget. He gave us a time frame of about 6 months to completion.
They started construction in September and we moved into our lovely new home in January.
There were a few small issues after we moved in but they were all taken care of in a timely manner.

"Our Dream Home is now complete thanks to Elliott’s Custom Builders. When we decided to build ourDream Home we made a list of the top 10 things we had to have. The Basement was definitely at the top of the list. We have owned 3 previous homes and none of them had basements and after living in Memphis where tornadoes where common a basement was a must have. The Wine Cellar was also in the top 10 something we had never had before and we needed a place to store our wine collection.
Unfortunately during the initial construction/build of our dream home our budget was tight and we were not able to complete/finish our basement. When we decided to move forward with finishing the basement we interviewed and looked for a builder that could do the job and stay on budget. We are so blessed we found Elliott’s Custom Builders. I can’t put into words how nice, easy to work with and knowledgeable Tom is.
When the remodeling and finishing of the basement began we had a vision of the finished product. Tom’s vision was so much better than what we had ever dreamed of. We had a few pictures and ideas of what we wanted and we were involved in every decision that was made. Tom Elliot builders took it to the next level and delivered a finished product, under budget, on time that we absolutely love.
The Bar/wine cellar is the focal point of our basement and has that WOW factor for sure. Elliott builders delivered so much more. They completed/finished the entire basement adding a full bath, Office, bedroom, and a craft room in addition to the bar/wine cellar. Installing everythingfrom the plumbing, lighting, HVAC, flooring (that’s tile not wood), wine racks,black Walnut bar top, custom built cabinets, beautiful wood beams and custom trim work to match the main floor.
